You remain merchant of record on every order. One flat 5% platform fee—no per-ticket cent charges, no escrow. Show the fee to patrons or absorb it into your ticket price.
The platform fee
5% of ticket revenue, collected via Stripe when each order completes. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no mandatory patron tips or convenience surcharges from us.
Stripe’s card processing fees apply separately per Stripe’s pricing.
Show the fee or absorb it
On a $25 ticket: pass-through adds a $1.25 platform fee for patrons ($26.25 + tax). Absorbed keeps the patron total at $25 + tax while your venue pays the $1.25 fee.
Venue net settlement is ticket plus tax minus Stripe processing and the platform fee in both modes.

Tax
Venues configure a flat tax percentage at checkout. Multi-jurisdiction tax automation is not part of today’s product—consult your accountant for complex tax scenarios.
